My feet are aching a bit, I have some hot spots, I drenched myself but I did it -- 7.2 miles. This is longest walk I've accomplished so far so I feel damn proud of myself!!!
I had a slower pace & stopped at the halfway point to drop Reese off; she gets so tired & slows me down. Plus at pit stop I get to re-fill my water bottle.
Wahoo!

Great job!!! Whoo hoo! I keep hurting my left hamstring. I gotta try and get my 6 in today - couldn't do it this morning, will shoot for after lunch. :-)
WOOT! My pain is in that muscle that runs up the side of your lower leg from your ankle to your knee. Takes almost 2 miles to warm it up.
Shins - you might have some shin splints starting out - stretch and just keep walking - they get better.
